1906 Cadillac Model K9000
The new body was recreated by Bill Erskine (VT) from an original Cadillac two-passenger victorian tulip body provided by Homer. Homer collected many of the parts needed to restore this vehicle but at the time of his death these parts were scattered in storage locations throughout the property. Needless to say, “Some assembly was required” to prepare this project for auction.
The engine for this vehicle is completely assembled in the frame but the drive chain and incidental linkage is not installed. Engine, frame, vertical fin tube radiator, cowl, and fenders are all original components.
Original manufacturer's price: $800 FOB Detroit Michigan.
Sold at auction for $9,000.
